Using Knotchaser
Knotchaser helps wedding planners coordinate vendor follow-up, including calls, emails, notes, quotes, availability, holds, and next steps. You are responsible for the information you submit and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Planner approval
Knotchaser may request vendor details, hold windows, revised quotes, and written next steps, but it does not sign contracts, approve deposits, bind a couple or planner, or guarantee a vendor booking.
Accounts and conduct
You agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid submitting content that you do not have the right to use. We may limit or suspend access if use of the service creates risk or violates these terms.
Service changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of Knotchaser as the product evolves. These terms may also change, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
